Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manages the clinical, financial, and administrative functioning of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Services operation
- Provides psychological assessments and treatments for youth referred to Boys Town Outpatient Behavioral Health
- Markets the outpatient services to pediatricians, schools, or other service agencies to establish and maintain a referral base
- Provides clinical training as designated to other Boys Town personnel
Requirements of the job:
- Licensed as a psychologist in the State of Texas
- Must be listed as a provider in the National Register of Health Care Providers
- Requires at least 5 years of post-doctoral experience
- Must have previous experience in a leadership role (e.g., director) in an outpatient setting;
- Experience as a supervisor overseeing clinical work of other clinicians
